its kind of a funny story.

Today was a neat day.
Today made me laugh...alot.
It still makes me smile, thinking about everything.

I woke up this morning, just knowing...today is going to be a really good day. It was one of those mornings where you can just feel the embrace of happiness surrounding you. You can just see one of those cute yellow Wal Mart smiley faces popping into your head.
It all started the minute I walked out of the car. I felt tall and strong as I walked toward the 7th grade entrance. The football players came late today because of their game *cough, failure. cough cough* like they always do, and I caught a glimpse of Tanner as I walked in. He looks good in blue :] Think. Blue. Tanner. Good stuff, huh?
Anyway, so we did all of the athleticy stuff and then I went on to 2nd period orchestra. My orchestra binder has been missing for nearly two weeks now, and you've got to understand how excited I was when the teacher holds up my black binder and says, "Here, Alaina. I found this in my box this morning. I guess someone dropped it off yesterday afternoon."
I was pretty pumped. And then she passes back our quizzes from not too long ago, and I have a 100! I normally get 80's and low 90's on my papers these days. But a 100. Dude.
Okay, so enough of the boring stuff. Even though it made my day, it sounds boring to you. I know :]]
But here's the neat stuff:
History was fun. Alex [Hoss. Not Ramirez] is calling me Landon. I was wearing a guy's sweatshirt today [it's mine.] and then he asked me what my brother's name was and started calling me Landon. He was all like, "Hey Landon, can you help me with my crutches. Hey Landon, will you put my paper in the box. Hey Landon can I look at your balls?" Okay, about the balls thing....I was wearing one of those really chunky beady necklaces that...kind of looks like balls on a string. Haha, funny, right?
Anyway, the grandestestest thing of the day. :]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]
This will make your day too, trust me.
[no, tanner didn't ask me out. i'd probably already have called everyyyyyyyone and told them if he had.]
BUT. It still made me smile.
Back at Emily's going away party....Tanner was wearing a BLUE Under Armour shirt. It got thrown in the water and all that junkk...and I asked to wear it. He gave it to me, I wore it for the rest of the time until he left.
Tanner was wearing that shirt today.
I could not stop giggling.
Katlyn and I passed him in the stairway and he was all like, "So where are ya'll headed?"
I was holding it all in as I said, "Oh, history. It's gross. I hate it."
Then Katlyn said something to him.
And then I burst out laughing as soon as he was out of hearing range.
Things like this make me giddy.
Alsoo, Brittany almost got asked out today :]
By this cute-ayy Nick.
But Emily had to interrupt :P And Brittany's brother was there.
Grr.
And, I asked Brianna if she knew if Natalie liked Tanner.
Answer? No.
