There is only one boy on this planet that I have any desire to be with, and the truth of the matter is...he has no business being with anyone right now.
Another big problem is a lack of trust.
The good thing about those two problems is that they are fixable with time and, well...trustworthiness.
So here's my summer resolution that will not only greatly benefit me, but the status of my relationship with that boy.
NO relationships throughout the rest of summer. No casual flings or flirtatious text messages. No hanging out one-on-one with boys. NONE of that.
My foci (that's actually the plural for focus! betchya didn't know that one!:) this summer will be on the following:
1) Getting faster and training for my 13 miler at the end of the summer...and also preparing for a freakin BEASTLY cross country season.
2) Being tutored in pre-cal!
3) Working!
4) Hanging out with my girlfriends. ALOT.
5) Getting tan, for the first summer in my life!
6) Spending a lot of time in God's Word and at church.
NO BOYS. I mean that. The only exception is when I receive a call from the boy saying he's ready to give it another try.
